WHO WE ARE
STÄRKE, Inc. is a real estate development company focused on renovating properties in the neighborhoods surrounding Tower Grove Park in St. Louis, MO. We are a small operation, renovating only a couple of houses per year, allowing us to focus on quality. We are licensed general contractors with the City of St. Louis.
WHAT WE DO
We purchase properties in need of improvement, and meticulously renovate them to sell, or rent. We pay homage to the area's historic architecture by preserving and reusing what we can, and then blend it with modern updates. The result is a quality product that is functional, beautiful, and better for the environment.
WHY WE DO IT
Why not? We are genuinely invested in the Tower Grove area, and the people, and businesses who make up its community . We work here, own property here and play here. We genuinely believe that every project we complete helps to strengthen the community as a whole. At least, we sure hope it does!
Not to mention, we have FUN! You wouldn't believe the personalities, properties and shenanigans. Our team is a true family. It's as much persona for usl, as it is professional.

Some people, like the people living next door, are not as appreciative of your "shenanigans." Rotted plywood is not exactly "reclaimed wood." Your crews litter the yard and make it it look as though derelicts live here.
ReplyDeleteThe property you purchased at 3525 Shenandoah has not been "meticulously renovated". In fact, since it was purchased almost a year ago, the area around the structure is a complete disaster. The people working on the project leave piles of gravel and construction debris around the building. They also use the dumpsters that should not be used for construction debris and garbage. Someone at Trucke needs to step up and take control of this AND pay the overdue real estate taxes. Thanks you.
